Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days and forwarded to our production partner. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Switzerland / EFTA: 5–10 business days
- Europe (EU & UK): 7–14 business days
- USA: 7–14 business days
- Japan: 10–20 business days
- Brazil: 15–30 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the weight of your order.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside of Switzerland, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are not covered by Keets and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Brazil and Japan may impose significantly high import duties — please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
