Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you individual return instructions by email. Items sent back without a prior return request cannot be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
